Patriots reportedly add pair of names to offensive coordinator search

Brian Fleury and Luke Getsy are reportedly both in the mix to become the Patriots’ next offensive coordinator.

The San Francisco 49ers tight ends coach Fleury has already interviewed for the role, according to NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero. ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler reported Saturday that Getsy, the former Chicago Bears offensive coordinator, will interview.

WEEI’s Mike Kadlick noted that the search is now up to nine interviews and requests as of Saturday morning: Nick Caley (Rams tight ends coach), Zac Robinson (Rams quarterbacks coach), Dan Pitcher (Bengals quarterbacks coach, hired by Bengals), Shane Waldron (Seahawks offensive coordinator, hired by Bears), Jerrod Johnson (Texans quarterbacks coach), Thomas Brown (Panthers offensive coordinator), Tanner Engstrand (Lions passing game coordinator), Fleury, and Getsy.
