OMAHA, Neb. -- Creighton's Grant Feldman and Charlie Zielinski shared BIG EAST Golfer of the Week honors after helping the Bluejays to a sixth-place finish at the Wildcat Invitational on Monday in Manhattan, Kan. It's the first BIG EAST Golfer of the Week honor for each gentleman.
Both men tied for 11th place (of 81) with a 1-under 215 to lead the Creighton men's golf team.
Feldman earned his first top-15 finish as a Bluejay after loops of 73, 68 and 74 for a 215 aggregate. The Austin, Texas, native's second round 68 featured six birdies and was the best round of the sophomore's collegiate career.
